By subscribing to our trash bin services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2.1 Subscription: By subscribing to our trash bin services, you gain access to the specified bins and related services for the agreed-upon subscription period.
2.2 Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time by providing us with written notice. Cancellation requests can be sent via email or through our customer service channels.
3.1 Payment: Subscription fees are payable in advance for the agreed-upon subscription period. Payment can be made via the designated payment methods provided by our company. Our services are available on a monthly and quarterly basis. To facilitate billing, we require a payment method to be on file. Please note that we will not charge your account until the day prior to your scheduled service.
3.2 No Refunds: In the event of a cancellation, you will be responsible for paying 70% of the remaining balance for the unused portion of your subscription period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining balance.
4.1 Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, including the availability of specific bins or features, without prior notice or liability.
4.2 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to our services for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions, without prior notice or liability.
5.1 Compliance: You agree to use our trash bin services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the state of Arizona. You shall not use our services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that may damage our reputation or disrupt the experience of other subscribers.
5.2 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to our services, including logos, trademarks, and content, are the property of our company. You shall not use, reproduce, or modify any part of our services without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
